Protection Against Power Fluctuation
The protection system is designed to protect the electronics within the control panel. The system is designed to operate in a range of
voltage and frequency and it allows the elevator to reach the nearest floor and then switch off the supply for protecting the
components from voltage variations.
Door Force Detector
When excessive door load has been detected while
opening or closing, the doors immediately reverse.
Door Nudging Feature
A buzzer sounds and the doors slowly close when they
have remained open for longer than the preset period.
Door Sensor Self- Diagnosis
Failure of non-contact door sensors is checked
automatically, and if a problem is diagnosed, the door close timing is delayed and the closing speed is reduced to
maintain elevator service and ensure passenger safety.
Electronic Doorman
Door open time is minimized using safety ray(s) or multibeam door sensors that detect passengers boarding or
exiting.
Extended Door-Open Button for Goods Lift
When the button inside a car is pressed, the doors will
remain open longer to allow loading and unloading of
baggage, a stretcher, etc.
Elevator Monitoring And Control System
Each elevator's status and operation can be monitored
and controlled using advanced Web-based technology
which provides an interface through personal computers.

Automatic Rescue Device In Case Of Power Failure (ARD)
Automatic rescue devices are able to restore power to the
control panel in case of power failure (blackout), providing
the necessary power to bring the car back to the nearest
floor and to open the doors allowing passengers to
escape.
Emergency Rescue Device Operated From Cabin (ERD)
In the event of power failure, the trapped person in lift car
rescue themselves by pressing emergency rescue button
provided in car panel as shown in picture
Multi-Beam Door Sensor
Multiple infrared-light beams cover a door height of
approximately 1800mm to detect passengers or objects as
the doors close.
Overload Holding Stop
A buzzer sounds to alert the passengers that the car is
overloaded. The doors remain open and the car will not
leave that floor until enough passengers exit the car.
Braille On all COP & LOP types
Braile buttons are kept to provide user friendliness for the
physically challenged.
CCTV Facility to Integrate with BMS
Provision for connection of CCTV camera with in the lift car
Jammed Landing Operation Panel Call Button Bypass
In case the landing push button is jammed, this feature
allows bypass of that particular floor and continuing with
serving the other floors.
Motor Overheat Protection
Protects the motor winding and the permanent magnets
from over heating and thus damage.
Phase Failure & Phase Reversal Protection
Protection to equipment from phase failure and phase
reversals.
